- Communications: Messages exchanged via email, Slack, or other channels during and after your engagement.

During deployment, we may have temporary access to:
- Your server room or designated hardware installation space.
- Cluster hardware for configuration and testing.
- Network credentials and system accounts necessary for deployment.
We do not copy, retain, or transmit your data off your premises. All access is temporary and limited to what is required for deployment and configuration. We strongly recommend rotating all shared credentials after deployment is complete and will remind you during handoff.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Setup documentation and engagement records are retained for the duration of any active Managed Care subscription plus a reasonable wind-down period. You may request deletion at any time.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Inference runs locally on your hardware — your prompts, responses, and data stay on your machines and never pass through our systems.
